Skills & Techniques You Will Learn
In this course you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a unique and highly specialized learning experience. You will master a wide range of professional embroidery techniques, including:
Foundation Preparation:
- Initial preparation of the base
- Assembling the rectangular frame
- Stretching a non-elastic transparent base
- Cleaning the reverse side
- Final treatment of the base
- Dismantling the rectangular frame
Lunéville Crochet Techniques:
- Chain stitch from the right side with metallic and non-metallic thread
- Chain stitch from the reverse side with metallic and non-metallic thread
- Fill work with chain stitch from the right side with metallic and non-metallic thread
- Fill work with chain stitch from the reverse side
- Point tiré with metallic and non-metallic thread
- Point tiré with beads
- Bead application en rivière
- Bead fill work
- Sequin application en rivière in 3mm and 4mm
- Raised sequin application
- Fill work with colour gradient thread
- Point cassé
Needle Techniques:
- Knotless cast-on stitches
- Secure sewing of beads in various sizes
- Knotless finishing stitches
- Thread padding
- Raised application of lamé (metallic flat thread)
- Running stitch
- Sewing 11/0 and 15/0 beads

Course Duration: 39 hours total.
Arrival: Saturday, June 27, after 2:00 PM.
Departure: Saturday, July 11, by 10:00 AM.
Classes: June 28 – July 10, Sunday through Friday.
Schedule: Morning sessions 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM; afternoons free for relaxation or personal activities.
Participation Requirements
Suitable for: Embroiderers with experience in Lunéville crochet and determined beginners.
Tools & Materials: Stands, embroidery frame, ironing board and iron (1 per group), and scissors are available on loan for the duration of the course. Lunéville crochet hook, needles, and all materials needed to complete the embroidery project are included in the price.

Accommodation — Agriturismo La Meridiana
14 nights at €90/night = €1,260. A 10% two-week stay discount applies, bringing accommodation to €1,134.

Accommodation is priced per apartment, not per person (capacity: 4–5 people per apartment).

Cancellation Policy
To ensure effective course management, we ask that any cancellations be communicated at least 60 days before the course start date. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund. After this deadline, a full refund will only be issued if we are able to fill the spot with another participant; otherwise, 15% of the total course fee will be retained to cover costs incurred.
